    Process principle

    The main motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through the reducer, and the wind enters the CLUM ultrafine calcium carbonate grinding mill from the air inlet. The material falls on the grinding disc through the feeding end of the screw feeder. Under the action of the centrifugal force, the material moves evenly from the grinding disc to the edge. When the grinding roller area on the grinding disc is crushed by the grinding roller, the bulk material is directly crushed, and the fine material is pressed to form a material bed for intergranular pulverization. The pulverized material continues to move toward the edge of the disc until it is carried away by the strong airflow at the wind ring, and the larger particulate material is again dropped onto the grinding disc to continue pulverization. When the material in the airflow passes through the upper separator, the rotor Under the action of the blade, the coarse particles are returned to the grinding disc for grinding. The qualified fine powder is ground together with the airflow and collected by the system's dust collector. The collected powder is the ultrafine vertical milled product. When the iron block and other impurities mixed into the material move to the edge of the grinding disc, they cannot be blown by the wind due to their own weight, and fall to the lower chamber of the mill. The scraper plate installed at the bottom of the grinding disc is scraped into the slag discharge port and discharged outside the machine. .
